SkinBioTherapeutics is a life sciences company focused on skin health through its proprietary SkinBiotix® platform technology, derived from human microbiome research at the University of Manchester.

Revenue is derived from three streams:
Product sales: (direct and indirect channels) of Dermatonics’ dermatological products, AxisBiotix two consumer lines and through the outlicensing of intellectual property.
Contract manufacturing and packaging: via Bio-Tech Solutions.
The company aims for a balanced model combining near-term revenue with long-term licensing commercialisation.

Dermatonics — a specialist in foot and skin health products.
Bio-Tech Solutions — providing in-house manufacturing and packaging capabilities.

Croda — SkinBioTherapeutics has a commercial agreement with Croda around its SkinBiotix lysate technology.
Winclove Probiotics — is a specialist in the research, development, and manufacture of probiotic food formulations and supplements, to design and develop probiotic blends of bacterial strains.

The Company has a year ending 30 June.
Half-year results usually take place towards the end of the first quarter or beginning of the second quarter of the calendar year. Full-year results are usually reported towards the end of the calendar year.
